to sit down and show you what I've been working on. This is the first of a few custom pieces I need to work on this month.
As you may have noticed, I've stopped selling on WSOAPP and The Pfatt Marketplace at least for now. First in an effort to simplify and also to reduce costs. We still have that transmission to pay for. My parents lent us the money and we want to pay them back just as quickly as we can. I really thought we would be done relying on our parents by the time we were 44! And for the most part we don't, but it is good that they are there when we need them. Thanks Mom and DAd!
What was my point? Maybe I didn't have one. Anyway, I hope to slip a few new originals onto ebay and etsy in between commissions so that you all don't forget about me. :)
I also would like to do an etsy update with some mounted prints. I planned on giving some mounted prints as Christmas gifts and then changed my mind, so I have a bit of wood sitting around.
Anyway...that's the plan. We'll see how it all goes down.
Has anyone seen In Bruges? I really love it! If you are not easily offended by foul language and can stomach a bit of violence it's a really funny, original movie.
And also, please keep your fingers crossed that the Pens will win a game soon!
Well, Diane, I'm a relatively new follower but I am enamored by your precious people and the frogs, because a dear friend of mine collects frogs. I ordered Frogs W-E-L-C-O-M-E for her and since have gone to Zazzle to order some of your frogs for her birthday coming up.
ReplyDeleteI have a question, your Aaron Duda, son or husband, relative or none of the above?
Have a blessed New Year 2009.
She is DARLING. I love love love her doll, and the colors on this one are great.

Hey, I've got a super place for you to go for paper.......it's in Brunswick between Cleveland and Medina. It's called Hollo's Paper Craft and they sell all kinds of paper by the pound, including cardstock!!!! It's so cheap, $1.25 a pound! I couldn't believe it! You just get on the toll road, it's easy to get to.
Smiles-

Diane.... I hear what you are saying about relying on parents...Sometimes the world just gangs up on ya, and thankfully, you have a place to land. I am so glad you have parents to lean on...
ReplyDeleteLet's hope for a rush on ART...especially yours! It is so delightfully happy. Big Loves to you and yours! Christy
Your new painting is lovely. I am going to give www.onlineauction.com a go. 8 dollars a month and no insertion fee or final selling fees. Have you heard of this site? Suppose to be Ebay's closet rival?
