My latest commission for a sweet little princess named Ava.

The Flyght party was a success on Friday. Good food, a screening of their new Everclear video, and then a live performance.
Yesterday we enjoyed the Penguins game here at home and then headed out to mom's for spaghetti. Me and Aaron skipped out of there early, while Mike, Eli, Shane, and Josh stayed to watch the first half of the Pitt game on the big screen. I needed to get this painting done as Ava's mom has been patiently waiting.
Aaron was feeling nostalgic and watched some Aladdin and Mulan on the Disney channel. I can't even count the number of times we watched those movies when the boys were little. I forgot how good they were.
Time to pay some bills and make a few final adjustments to my first batch of Sugar Nellie stamps.
Have a lovely Sunday!
Sooooo lovely....what a treasure for Ava and her mom :).
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your Sunday! I jumped on the computer for a quick break in between folding laundry and switching winter/spring clothes out of the closets.
Ava is great...there will be lucky recipient. We have actually never seen Mulan in our house..hmmm just never was requested. But I can recite Peter Pan to you word for word. Now I am just waiting for the Sponge Bob phase to go away.

ReplyDeleteI adore your new painting. My daughter's name is Ava!
All of my kids are a bit older now, so I don't get the chance to watch many of our Disney videos, and I miss that time. Although, my three almost grown kids do watch Spongebob. As for me, I liked the Rugrats, Little Bear and Franklin. They were all so soft and quiet. Especially Little Bear. Everything now is so chaotic and frenetic.
