Boys will be boys

This isn't quite done. I'll probably still crackle it. But I was tired of seeing that same old image everytime I logged on.

I found this quote when I was working on that last boy painting and like it so much. :)

A boy is Truth with dirt on it's face,
Beauty with a cut on its finger,
Wisdom with bubble gum in its hair,
and the Hope of the future with a frog in its pocket.

I don't even know what I've been doing these last few days. The actual busy part of my week starts tomorrow.
Eli is starting Speed Skating Lessons so he's ready for next hockey season. I'll have to drive him out to Southpointe for that.
And I'm going to have to start baking tomorrow. For 200.
Flyght is having a fan appreciation party on Friday to thank the fans who came out to the first round of Battle of the BAnds and to sell tickets to the finals. I'm in charge of desserts. Brownies, cookies...nothin' fancy.

So if I'm not around you'll know why.
Check back tomorrow if you're interested in "Boys Will Be Boys".
"I'll Be Watching Over You" is still up for grabs too. ebay or etsy...your choice.

GO PENS! :)

  4. Very Cute! I love that you did boys this time. Such a contrast from your fancy angel you did last...lol Did you make a dark haired version of the three boys for yourself??

  5. So funny how you capture both the angel and the devil in each boy. And SO typical, I bet every family has a picture just like that one.
