TGIF

Thankful this friday for:

...my first ever fabric from Spoonflower. Going to use it to make little Guardian Angel/Ornaments.

...another Penguins win! This play-off beard ain't goin' away any time soon. Yikes!

...(that's Mike beginning work on the front porch rebuild.) so thankful that soon I won't have to worry that the front porch will collapse on our visitors.

...another pretty niece in another pretty dress. That's Angela smack dab in the middle.

...yummy foot long chili dogs we served up for dinner last night. I opted out on the chili part, but still way yummy!

...and never-ending internet inspiration!

HAPPY FRIDAY!

  1. That fabric is so beautiful. Those angels would look so sweet on the bottom of curtains and around the edge of a simple bed quilt for my niece, whose name is Angel.

I am partial to beards myslef, hubby sports one.

    Lovely ladies, love those dresses.

Chili dogs, my favorite Sonic food.

  8. Hi Diane:

Wow...it must be so exciting to see one of your "characters" weaved into a fabric. That's amazing to me!

I love looking at the backgrounds of all your photos. Your location always looks so charming. I'm stuck here in the hot desert of Southern California and I dream of dewy leaves and chartreuse green grass.

  11. Diane-I love, love your artwork...would love for a company to pick up your designs and create collections for quilting, I would be one of the first to line up to buy wholesale and carry your line to sell....my cutomers would go crazy...hope you are trying to market yourself in that way...when it happens let me know...I can see lots of quilt designs there to quilt. :) keep up the awesome, inspiring work.
