Mosaic Monday - 2/7/11

It's Monday!  Time for another mosaic.

You may have noticed that I always use one of my paintings as a starting point, for both the mosaics and for my etsy treasuries. The image in the middle is mine.

The original is sold but prints are now available in my etsy shop.

Lots of goods and bads have happened since last I posted.

On Friday I saw my first Penguin game at the new arena.  Great seats (thanks Dad!)

and an exciting come-back win.

Aaron and Taylor, and Eli and Taylor went to, but unfortunately we didn't all get to sit together.

Spent another Saturday out with Mike shopping for a new cabinet for the kitchen.

This time we went to Ikea.  Got some more ideas, but didn't make a purchase.

The last thing we need is another piece of big furniture that we aren't happy with.

In addition to that we are really going to have to think about getting the attic finished...for real this time.

It is looking like our nephew is going to be staying with us for awhile and he is sleeping on a mattress in between Eli and Josh's beds right now.  Not very comfortable.

As for the bads, everyone knows about the Super Bowl outcome, not to mention the Pens losing to the Caps.  Again!

We get another crack at them on the 21st though....my dad's birthday. That's gotta be lucky, right?
